I’m a fourth year law and accounting student. As president, I aim to maintain the great chapter established by previous executives, and really help deliver professional and personal development to our members. My goal is to increase membership of our young chapter, and increase joint cooperation with accounting firms and other Victoria organisations. In my spare time I like to discuss politics with friends over a coffee or beer.
I am in my third year at VUW studying a BCom/BSci with majors in Economics, Finance and Bio-medical Science. My role as Vice President for 2016 is perform administrative duties for the club, such as maintaining membership records, recording minutes of executive meetings and liaising with new members. My aim is to grow Beta Alpha Psi at Victoria and create an environment where our members can grow both professionally and personally.
I am a third-year student currently studying towards a conjoint Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Finance. As Marketing Co-ordinator for the VUW chapter, my role is to prepare all promotional material for our upcoming events, announcements and our chapter as a whole. My aim is to increase our presence in the Victoria Business School through strong marketing and a strong social media presence. My overall goals for the chapter are to increase membership, event attendance and Business School presence. I look forward to working with the executive team 2016.
I am in my third year at VUW studying an LLB/BCom majoring in Accounting and Finance. As the Professional Events Coordinator for 2016, my primary objective is to build upon the achievements of Joebie Mijares, the previous officer, by strengthening our current relationships with corporate firms whilst constantly seeking to provide new opportunities to our members. I aim to provide our members with many opportunities to grow their own network of professional contacts and learn the skills needed to be successful in obtaining the internship/graduate position that they are interested in.
I look forward to working with the other members of the 2016 BAP Executive to offer a wide array of ways for our members to develop personally and professionally on their journey to be the business leaders of the future.
I am in my third and also my final year in doing a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Information Systems. As a community event coordinator, I aim to increase community activity diversity by establishing new connection with different charitable organizations. I hope to hold more diverse community events for BAP members to try out interesting experiences in new areas, and meet people in new fields. In addition, I would like to provide a platform to help BAP members reach out to the community, explore interests and passions, do good for others and bring more fulfilment to life beyond busy and serious study or work.
